In short? Straight shooting, exciting ideas, and tangible advice. Our first call — the ‘discovery’ meeting is usually about 30 minutes. We start by introducing ourselves, providing an insight into our process, and sharing some of our experience.

We then dive right into your business — its status, its pain points, challenges, and goals. We want to have a solid understanding of your branding, communication, and design needs. 

That leads onto a plan of action: a practical and workable solution for creating, evolving, or refreshing your brand identity. We’ll devise a strategy that meets your expectations, goals, needs, budget and timing.

Once that proposal has been approved, we’ll get started on your project.

Now there’s a story. It starts in the 2010s, when our founders’ paths crossed — David as an independent designer, Amos as his marketing director client. They created memorable campaigns together, but more importantly, realised that they had similar ideas and ambitions — principally to do great work, for great people. Fast forward a decade or so, and that’s still what drives David, Amos, and now the entire team at BrandNew Creative.
