Background
Since Seamus Carroll launched his business back in 1979, Carroll’s of Tullamore has been busy earning a well-deserved reputation in Ireland for producing top quality food with care. From their original and delicious slow-cooked ham, their product range has grown to include handcrafted deli meats, pre-made lasagne, classic ready meals, chicken pieces and even deli salads. At the core of their business, they answer the consumers’ growing need for convenience that doesn’t compromise on quality. Together with their much-loved ham, they too are best sellers and firm favourites in homes across the country.
Business Challenge
To create a bus wrap, billboard and digital display design for the New York Deli range campaign that will connect with the target audience and will get people talking yet is still in line with the look and feel of the range. The aim is to increase brand awareness and ultimately drive sales by being fun, exciting and unique.
