Your brand is the face and voice of your company. When evaluating the OnCraft brand, we identified that the two were no longer aligned. In a market where so many competitors were also claiming innovative designs, high-quality production and exceptional customer service, there was a lack of brand distinctiveness. The problem was, not with the product quality and philosophy behind the OnCraft brand, it was more to do with poorly conveying its unique selling point and brand purpose through its name and design. The business had effectively outgrown its image – it was time for a rebrand.
Our challenge was to define their brand personality, voice, messaging, and develop an authentic, engaging and market-relevant visual identity that will attract new customers and build a solid loyalty base. While simultaneously building stronger bonds with their existing customer base and expanding into new revenue streams such as the new Modular range. From the quality but cost-conscious private client (B2C) to the design-focused professional (B2B), the reinvigorated and strengthened identity will enable the OnCraft owners to dynamically drive and promote their bespoke, functional and design-led kitchen and cabinetry offering across Ireland and the UK.
